in 2023, we hosted a standout annual meeting that blended corporate operations with creative inspiration.

the ask: partner with executive leadership to craft a campaign that inspired and motivated top leaders, elevated the brand experience across every touch point, while ensuring each element of the event felt purposeful.

the challenge: "make this the best version of this meeting we've ever had" - COO

the solution: led creative direction and campaign strategy from the ground up, aligning closely with executive stakeholders and team members to build an end-to-end brand experience. designed the campaign theme, touchpoints, brand video, and custom gifts that inspired team members to elevate the customer experiences we provide in the field. the visual concept showcased a vehicle driving 'into space' as a way to give the feeling of innovation and inspiration. all of the campaign visuals expanded on this theme with expanded color palettes for unique breakouts and sessions.
