When the COO of the largest automotive group in the US needed an brand video capturing the company's history, growth, and future, I stepped in to craft a story that would resonate with team members for years to come.

the ask: distill a complex brand architecture--spanning auto, finance, rv's, with hundreds of locations across the US, UK, and Canada--into a narrative that felt personal, inspiring, and showcased a clear call to action towards growth.

the challenge: having been in business since 1946, lithia & driveway has grown to over 50 oem brands, ~10 regional brands, 4 proprietary brands, and 1 corporate brand, while having stores across the US, UK, and Canada...and with a few stores in RVs and brands in finance too. with such a complex brand architecture, the story of growth had never been told...until now.

the solution: led a dedicated content strategy session, whiteboarding the company's key milestones and connecting them to our investor-facing story, while narrowing it down into a compelling narrative that expands on the concept of 'growth'. we emphasized the message that each employee has a role in propelling growth forward. the result was a brand video that left the COO speechless and has since become a foundational evergreen piece used to inspire teams at leadership events and beyond.
